Clinic Policies
 
- Cell Phone Courtesy: To maintain a calm and restful environment, you are asked to please Silence your cell phones while in the clinic.
 
- Arrival Time: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to your appointment. This allows time to complete any paperwork as well as provide time to settle in and ensure a prompt start to your massage.
 
-Late arrival: If you arrive up to 10 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will consist only of the remaining scheduled time.
 
- Cancellation & No-Show: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment. Less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee.If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment or are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment without calling and notifying the clinic; You will incur a no-show fee.
 
- Emergency Cancellation of Appointment by Clinic: If your appointment is cancelled by the clinic with less than 24 hour notice. You will receive compensation or a discount towards your next massage.
 
- Times when massage is not beneficial: If you present with signs/ symptoms that contraindicates massage (fever, undiagnosed rash, contagious infection, etc…). The appointment will be rescheduled. This helps to ensure the health of both yourself and your massage practitioner.
 
- Client forms: To ensure safe, personalized massage therapy sessions, each client is required to complete/ update a health intake form prior to any treatment. It is the client’s responsibility to relay all health information to the massage practitioner so that any necessary accommodations or treatment modifications can be made. Each client is also required to sign a copy of the clinic policies and a statement of understanding of their financial responsibilities.  The client’s medical records and information are kept confidential and will not be shared or released to anyone without client consent.
 
- Massage treatments are strictly non-sexual: Any suggestive statements or actions will result in immediate termination of the current massage session, as well as bar the client from any further scheduling privileges. The offending client is still responsible for the full cost of the terminated session. Law enforcement will be notified if deemed appropriate.
 
- Massage is not a substitute for seeking necessary medical care. Massage serves as a therapeutic tool to enhance well-being. Massage practitioners are not qualified to diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment or perform spinal/ skeletal manipulations. Any information imparted by the practitioner in the course of the massage therapy treatment should not be construed as such.
 
- Children’s / Minors’ Presence in Clinic Facilities:
Out of respect for and to ensure the safety of our patients, staff, and clinic facilities; it is the clinic’s policy not to allow children / minors (under age 18) into our clinic, unless they are scheduled for treatment.
 
Please make alternate off-site care arrangements for your children while attending your appointments.
 
-Right to Refuse Service:
Our Clinic and our staff reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.
